Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream on December 9, 2020

Dec 10, 2020

At beginning of the meeting:  Prayer from Henri Nouwen:  "God came to us because he wanted to join us on the road, to listen to our story and to help us realize that we are not walking in circles but moving towards the house of peace and joy.  This is the great mystery of Christmas that continues to give us comfort and consolation.  We are not alone on our journey.  The God of love who gave us life sent us his only Son to be with us at all times and in all places so that we never have to feel lost in our struggles but always can trust that he walks with us.  Christmas is a renewed invitation not to be afraid and let him whose love is greater than our own hearts and minds can comprehend, be our companion."

and

The message from our Lady of Guadalupe to St. Juan Diego Cuauhtlatoatzin:  "Do not be troubled or weighed down with grief.  Do not fear any illness or vexation, anxiety or pain.  Are you not under my shadow and protection?"

Prophecy:  "Come, come, my children, I'm embracing you again.  I'm embracing you because I do love you.  I do wish to reign in your heart, reign in your heart with my love, with my joy, my peace.  I see you all.  I see you all, my children, spread out through this territory, through this country.  I see you all.  I'm embracing, being with you, my children, my love, my dearest ones.  Come, listen to what I have to say tonight.  I have a special message for all of you that are drawing closer to myself.  My dearest love, my dearest children, come, be with me now because I am with you.  Know that I am with you.  Open yourselves.  Know that I am with you.  Come, come, my dearest loves, my dearest loves."

Scripture Readings:  Wisdom - "I'm choosing wisdom.  Listen, my son, to a father's instruction.  Pay attention and learn what clear perception is.  What I am commending to you is sound doctrine.  Do not disgard my teaching."

and

Proverbs 3:3-4 - "Let kindliness and loyalty never leave you:  tie them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.  So shall you enjoy favour and good repute in the sight of God and man."

Confirmation/Vision/Prophecy:  "I can confirm that there is something tonight and I think it's the teaching maybe, that there's something that He wants everyone to take with all seriousness this evening.  And I can confirm the Scripture of Wisdom, as well.  And I saw the Lord.  I saw a lot of the Precious Blood at the start for a long time.  I heard him say his blood was poured out for you.  And our Lord said that this is an unprecedent time and we must respond to his call to repent. " And I know that you are tired, but know this.  I am with you and I died for you on the cross and I will always be by your side."

Prophecy:  "You shall run and not get weary.  Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added onto you."

What's been coming to me is the importance of reading Scripture every day.  So, of course, that is how we seek God and also, we can build up in wisdom.

Scripture Reading Galatians 5:1 - "For freedom Christ set us free;  so stand firm and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."

Prophecy:  "Tonight, my children, I am calling you in a very special way.  I am calling you to be more united with one another.  I am calling on you to hold on to your faith.  Be faithful.  Be committed.  For I am there with you.  I am the one that will lead and guide you.  Do not fear, my children, do not fear.  Look one step ahead of you.  As you climb in the mountains, you take one step at a time and that is what I am asking you tonight.  Just take one step at a time and you will reach the summit."

Scripture Reading Matt 11:28-30 - "Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am humble and gentle in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden light."

Word of Knowledge:  I was looking at the Christmas lights on all the balconies around us, this evening, and I just all of sudden thought, "You know what.  We're like those Christmas lights, lighting up the world, each one of you who love the Lord are the lights of Christ shining in our world today, just like the Christmas lights."

Scripture Reading 2 Chron 25:19-20 - I guess I got this because of things going on in the world today.  "You are thinking, 'See, I have struck down Edom!' , your heart is lifted up and glories in it.  Stay home.  Why bring misfortune into it, and on Judah with you?  But Amaziah did not listen, for it was God's doing that they be handed over because they sought the gods of Edom."

Teaching

David spoke on "Lights".  The Season of Light starts off with the Advent candles.  Each week we light another candle and as we get closer to celebrating the birth of our Saviour, that light increases to the point that it becomes a light that lights the world.   Song, "Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord."  This is a time for us to focus on the light, the light of Christ.  Genesis 1:3-5:  "God said, 'Let there be light and there was light.  God saw that the light was good and God divided the light from darkness.'"  1 John 1:5-7:  "This is what we heard from him and are declaring to you.  God is light.  There is no darkness in him at all.  If we say that we share in God's life while we are living in darkness, we are lying because we are not living the truth.  If we live in light as he is in the light, we have a share in another life; in the blood of Jesus his Son closes us from all sin."  Psalm 27:1:  "Yahweh is my light and my salvation.  Whom should I fear?  Yahweh is the fortress of my life.  Whom should I dread?"  Isaiah 9:1:  "The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; on the inhabitants of a country in shadow dark as death, light has blazed forth."  This year God wants us to have a special gift.  In the year Jesus was born, there was violence, chaos, political and social unrest.  It was dark.  The magi found him by way of a star which was the meeting of three stars, Jupiter, Saturn and Mars.  In a time, when it was dark, light was brought into our world.  Jesus stepped into the chaos and brought peace.  Now it's 2020, violence, chaos, political and social unrest.  It's dark.  December 21, Winter solstice is the shortest day and the longest night of the year.  But on the darkest night of this year, December 21, Jupiter and Saturn are going to meet and the Christmas star will shine again.  This hasn't happened in 800 years!  This is a very special event.  It's a beautiful reminder how fitting that in a moment of time during the Christmas season that we get to see this beautiful reminder that even in the darkest of times, light will and light has stepped in.  In our chaos, he is there.  In our darkest time, he is there.  This life is a decision for eternity!  John 8:12:  "Jesus says, 'I am the light of the world.  Anyone who follows me will not be walking in the dark but will have the light of life."  John 12:46:  "I have come into the world as light to prevent anyone who believes in me from staying in the dark anymore."         2 Cor 4:3-6:  "If our gospel seems to be veiled at all, it is; so that to those who on the way to destruction, the unbelievers whose minds have been blinded by the god of this world so they cannot see the shining light of the gospel and the glory of Christ who is the image of God."  Two stories of people who were declared legally dead and lived.  Both spoke of this great bright light.  They have no fear of death.  1 Thess 5:5:  "You are all children of light and children of day.  We do not belong to the night or to darkness."      Eph 5:8-9:  "You were darkness once but now you are light in the Lord.  Behave as children of light for the effects of light are seen in complete goodness and uprightness and truth."  Col 1:12-13:  "Giving thanks with joy to the Father who has made you, made you able to share the lot of God's holy people and with them to inherit the light.  It is he who has rescued us from the ruling force of darkness."  Things we can do at this time:  Call someone who may be lonely, even strangers.  You can call a senior care centre and ask to speak to someone who doesn't have anyone calling them.  Write a letter.  Plant seeds.
