At beginning of meeting, Scripture Reading, Luke 11:9-10 - "Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you. For the one who asks receives, the one who seeks finds, the one who knocks enters."
Prophecy - I just sense that the Lord is inviting us to a deeper level of holiness, and he wants this holiness to shine brighter in a darkening world.
Confirmation/Scripture Reading Jeremiah 31:35 - "Thus says the Lord: He who gives sons the light by day, the moon and stars to light the night, he stirs up the seas til its waves roar - whose name is Lord of Hosts: 'If ever these natural laws give way in spite of me,' says the Lord, 'then the race of Israel shall cease as a nation before me forever.' Thus says the Lord: 'If heavens on high can be measured and the foundations of the earth be founded, then will I cast off the whole race of Israel because of all they have done,' says the Lord. 'The days are coming,' says the Lord, 'when the city shall be rebuilt for me from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate. The measuring line shall stretch from there to hill Gareb and then turn to Goah. The whole valley of corpses and ashes, all the slopes towards the Kidron Valley, as far as the corner of the Horse Gate at the east, shall be holy to the Lord. Never again shall the city be rooted up or thrown down.'"
Scripture Reading Psalm 66:1-4 - "Shout joyfully to God, all the earth; sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious. Say to God, 'How awesome are your works! Because of the greatness of your power your enemies will give feign obedience to you. All the earth will worship you and will sing praises to you; they will sing praises to your name.'"
Word of Knowledge/Prophecy - Someone felt that the Lord has forgotten them. The Lord says, "I have not forgotten you. I will never forget you. I am with you always."
Scripture Reading Colossians 3:12-14 - "You are the people of God; he loved you and chose you for his own. So then, you must clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Be tolerant with one another and forgive one another whenever any of you has a complaint against someone else. You must forgive one another just as the Lord has forgiven you. And to all these qualities add love, which binds all things together in perfect unity."
Prophecy - I just sensed just as we were starting this meeting, that the Lord was saying, "Each one of you is a light in the darkness. Each one of you, as a light, gladdens my heart. Thank you for your faithfulness."
Scripture Reading Matthew 6:19-21 - "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and decay destroy, and thieves break in and steal. But store up treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor decay destroy, and where thieves cannot break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be."
Prophecy - "My children, tonight I want to reveal to you a special gift, the gift of my glory that reigns within each and every one of you, the gift of my Holy Spirit. My holiness lives and reigns within you and around you, but you need to activate it. You need to activate it by surrendering every single part of yourself to me, that I can purify it and I can make you whole and holy, and that my holiness that reigns inside of you can blossom and bring glory to my name. In this way, you would become my ministers, my ministers of service, of mercy and compassion to those whom I place in your lives. So tonight, I'm asking you to make a decision, to choose this direction. If you desire it, say yes. Those who do not desire wholeness and holiness will remain stuck in sadness in their ways."
Prophecy - "My people, my chosen ones, you have no idea how much I have in store for you. You have, all, been called to a great mission, and the time is crucial, my little ones. I need you to surrender all to me, your time, your money, your possessions, your heart. Give me everything, my people. I need to use you. Remember, I have prepared each one of you. You are ready. You have joined my army and I have trained you myself. You have only to let go of the last things that you are holding onto. You are prepared. You have nothing to fear. The battle will be fierce, my little ones. If you think you have already faced the worst, no, the worst is yet to come. But look around you. My holy angels are all around, warrior angels are all around. St. Michael, St. Raphael, your Guardian Angel, they are there with you and for you. They are your armour. My little ones, surrender, surrender all. Let me use you powerfully. Let me use you for what I purpose for you from the very beginning. You are all unique and you are all needed in this battle. Remember, as bad as it gets, the victory is ours. You are my special chosen ones. Give me everything and I will empower you with my Spirit like never before. Make room in your hearts and surrender all."
The video teaching by Fr. Larry Richards was "Be a Saint". He said, "Be a saint or go to hell." There is no other option. Sanctity has to be our goal. That's the call: people who are filled with mercy and forgiveness, people who bring hope to the world. We need to bring light to the darkness. Light is always stronger. Learn to live a life of forgiveness, it's an act of the will. Be a warrior of forgiveness, of mercy. C.S. Lewis said, "We must forgive one another or be damned." It's like drinking poison and hoping the other person dies. The devil wants us to focus on our past and ourselves. We need to focus on Jesus and the future. The two things we must do to become saints: 1) Pray, 2) Love. Praying is more important than breathing. You cannot become a saint if you don't have daily prayer. And you have to be people of love. Every single person is worth the life of God's only Son. When God created them, he sent his Son to die for them and they are so loved. Too often we judge people instead of loving people. Any truth without love is spiritual rape. The people who love put other people in front of self. All that is not given, is lost. Holiness is when God's will and our will become one. We need to love people into faith. Fr. mentioned a good movie, "City of Joy".
