Scripture Reading at beginning of meeting Romans 8:38-39 - "For I am certain that nothing can separate us from his love:  neither death nor life, neither angels nor other heavenly rulers or powers, neither the present nor the future, neither the world above nor the world below - there is nothing in all creation that will ever be able to separate us from the love of God which is ours through Christ Jesus our Lord."

Scripture Reading at beginning of praise and worship Psalm 100 - "Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.  Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.  Know that the Lord is God.  It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.  Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.  For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations."

Prophecy - "O my precious little ones, how I love you.  You are the darling of my heart.  You are the apple of my eye.  You are my blessed chosen ones.  In you I am well pleased.  But, my little ones, I want you to be prepared for the future is not good.  But remember that I am with you and whatever I have called you to do, I am there with you to help you.  Be obedient to my call.  Be obedient to my will.  Be attentive to my word.  I speak to each one of you.  Listen carefully.  The world will try to lead you astray.  The enemy has succeeded in leading many, many astray.  But, my little ones, I am calling you to bring them back to me.  Use your gifts, no matter how big or how small.  Use your gifts in whatever way that I have called you.  Speak my word and bring my love to all people.  Bring my hope to them.  Many, so many are dependant on your love, on your gifts.  So many are lost.  You, my chosen ones, I am calling to go after them.  Like a good shepherd, bring back the stray.  In my name, you will work miracles.  Do not be afraid.  I am with you always.  In everything and everywhere you are, I am with you.  Blessed are you, my little ones, my chosen ones."

Confirmation/Prophecy - I can confirm some of the prophecy because I had these words:  "Take heart, I am with you.  I will never leave you.  I am with you always.  Do not be afraid when things get worse.  I will not leave you.  Be my light in the world."

Confirmation/Scripture Reading Jeremiah 51:1-5 - "Thus says the Lord:  See!  I rouse against Babylon, and against those who live in Chaldea, a destroying wind.  Against Babylon I will send winnowers to winnow her and lay waste her land; they shall besiege her from all sides on the day of affliction.  Let the bowman draw his bow, and flaunt his coat of mail; spare not her young men, doom her entire army.  The slain shall fall in the land of Chaldea, the transfixed, in her streets; for Israel and Judah are not widowed of their God, the Lord of hosts, and the Chaldean land is full of guilt to be punished by the Holy One of Israel."

Prophecy - "I have not called you to be alone, I have called you to be a family, a community, to be of support to one another.  Yes, indeed, there are difficult times, but help carry each other's burden.  And remember my command, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"

Prophecy (a word received earlier this week) - "You have more power than you think you do.  Use it."

Scripture Reading Psalm 138:1-2 - "I will give thanks with all my heart; I will sing praises to you before the gods.  I will bow down towards your holy temple and give thanks in your name for your loving kindness and your truth; for you have magnified your word according to all your name."

Scripture Readings - Psalm 56:12-13  "I must fulfill the vows I made you, God; I shall pay you my thank-offerings, for you have rescued me from Death to walk in the presence of God in the light of the living."  Psalm 50:14-15 - "No, let thanksgiving be your sacrifice to God, fulfil the vows you make to the Most High; then you can invoke me in your troubles and I will rescue you, and you shall honour me."

Words of Knowledge - The Lord is going to find someone a job.  He's also going to give a healing of the teeth and healing of cancer of the throat.  The Lord is freeing us to have the boldness to grow in the gifts he gave us.

Scripture Reading Romans 8:28 - "We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose."

Scripture Reading Psalm 46 - "Be still and know that I am God."  And there is also a kind of reassurance that we get peace from him.

Teaching

St. Francis of Assisi - God's Heart for the Poor.  Born around 1181, named Francesco, died October 23, 1226 at age of 45 or 46.  Father was a wealthy, middle class, cloth merchant.  Francesco was a likeable and sensitive young man.  As a teenager he became the centre of the vibrant party life in Assisi.  He was charismatic and talented, famous for his gifted singing.  He was the up and coming pop star of his day.  He longed to be a knight, fighting for honour and romance.  At 20, he joined the army.  He was captured and made a prisoner in a tower.  He was eventually released and after a period of sickness, he prepared to return to battle.  On the way back, he felt impelled to give his new knightly garments to an impoverished knight he met on the way.  Over the next months, he slowly underwent a deep conversion.  His desire and hopes began to change from the way of the world to the kingdom of God.  He was radically moved by beggars.  A miraculous meeting with a contagious leper released Francis from fear and enabled him to devote himself to service of the poor and sick.  He was also called to work for the renewal of the Church.  Church of San Damiano - This is where he heard God say, "Build my Church."  Father was upset with Francis' generosity with the family fortune; took him before the bishop for judgement.  Francis stripped naked and declared, "From now on my father is my Father in heaven."  From that time, he wore the tunic of a beggar.  People were attracted to his radical holiness and joy.  Others joined him and they preached the good news of God's extravagant love throughout the region.  A noble young lady, Claire was so impressed by Francis that she left her life of richness to join this simple way of faith.  Francis had a deep love for creation, especially the animals.  He would preach to the birds and is famous for taming a ferocious wolf.  His poor health and failing eyesight were a constant struggle for Francis.  Yet, the joy of Christ in him grew from strength to strength.  In his latter years, he received his most treasured gift, the stigmata.  From this time on, the miracles around him increased.  Present day Franciscans were interviewed.  They work with the very poor, they try to give them dignity and make them feel valued.  Real things are peoples' lives.  A question asked, "Why would God become a man?"  The answer is "Love".
