Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream October 18, 2023

Oct 19, 2023

The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting.  1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said."  1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good.

Prophecy - "Come, come, my children, I am here in great presence.  I am here because I hear all your hearts.  I am here to embrace you, to hold you close to myself.  Can you feel the presence that is in and around you tonight?  I have special instructions for you.  Listen carefully.  You have a new direction, a new road.  Come, be attentive.  A new start, a new beginning.  Come, my dear lovely ones, my dear lovely, lovely ones.  I see your hearts.  I see your presence, your mind and we're all here at this moment listening to what I have to say to you.  My lovely ones, come, come, come."

Prophecy - "My children, you are my beloved messengers.  I AM is with you and in you and all who look at you will see me.  Some will welcome you and some will reject you because you reflect goodness and not all are good.  Through you I will reach the hardest of hearts and the meekest.  Many, many souls have already been saved because of your devotion to me.  Many, many more will come through your love and obedience through my will.  Yes, my children, you are a powerful instrument through whom I will bring my people back from the pit of hell that they are experiencing here on earth.  Continue, O faithful ones, and you will see many miracles.  Together, we."

Prophecy - "My children, I am here.  Those who doubt me are afraid.  Teach them about me.  Show them that I am love.  Show them that I am the one who can change their lives; I am the one who can fix their sorrows and mend their wounds."

Scripture Reading Psalm 34:8-11 - "O taste and see that the Lord is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.  O fear the Lord, you his saints, for to those who fear him there is no want.  The young lions do lack and suffer hunger but they who seek the Lord shall not be in want of any good thing.  Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord."

Scripture Reading Psalm 91:1-8 - "You who dwell in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty, say to the Lord, "My refuge and fortress, my God, in whom I trust."  God will rescue you from the fowler's snare, from the destroying plague.  He will rescue you with pinions, spread wings so that you may take refuge; God's faithfulness is a protecting shield.  You shall not fear the terror of the night nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that roams in darkness, nor the plague that ravages at noon.  Though a thousand fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, near you it shall not come.  You need simply watch;"

Teaching

Testimony of Fr. Mark Beard, "A Life Well Lived".  Fr. Mark was in a very successful world-wide business with his father; lived the life of wine, women and song.  His parents saw that he was going astray.  One day, his father walked into his office and said, "I need you to go to that place, Medjugorje.  The Blessed Mother is appearing there."  Fr. Mark thought that his Dad had lost it.  No way is the Blessed Mother showing up every day.  She's 2000 years late.  The father asked Fr. Mark to think about it.  A friend of Fr. Mark suggested that he get the book, "The Queen of the Cosmos".  He got enamored with it, but he was still very skeptical that she was appearing there.  30 days later, he decided to go.  There was a group going with one spot left.  He signed up and he was going to meet up with them in Atlanta.  He kept missing his group at every connection.  His luggage went missing.  In Paris, he was so frustrated that he was walking out to go back home when he saw another group going to Medjugorje.  He joined this group for the final leg of the trip.  His original group and he went to hear Vicka.  Fr. Mark said she glowed.  But he was a Thomas.  He said if he had lived in the time of Thomas, we would think that Thomas was the rock.  He thought the visionaries were profiting in some way.  He wanted to see their house, what they were driving, etc.  She prayed for all the people there, two by two.  Fr. went to the back of the line to see if she would pray for everyone or quit before the end of the line.  They then walked across the field to hear another visionary.  She preferred to answer questions.  Fr. Mark jumped at this.  He remembered her story from the book and so, he tried to trip her up by lying just a little bit in his statements.  She didn't wait for him to finish.  She corrected every statement, every inuendo, every misleading statement.  Fr. Mark thought that was impressive and he thought that's her house and it's not something you and I would jump into.  Everybody in the group were thinking, "Do you believe now?"  Fr. Mark had to admit that he was on his heels now.  In the next few days, Fr. went to every restaurant owner, every cab owner.  There was no movie deal, no book deal.  What won the day were the people.  They were giving up their homes.  They were putting up people in their homes.  They were giving up their farmlands.  They were selling their child's inheritance.  The Masses were packed.  The confession lines were 20-30 feet.  He phoned his father and told him that they were telling the truth.  Back home, Fr. Mark studied everything.  His girlfriend noticed that things were not the same.  The more he studied, the more he felt that pull.  In 2003, he felt he needed to know if the priesthood was for him.  It took a year to give his resignation letter to his father.  He expected his father to give him the business.  However, his father said, "What took you so long?"  This was so not of his nature.  Fr. asked, "You've been knowing this, this whole time?  When did you know?"  The father said, "When you came back.  The world turned different for you.  I didn't have to remind you about Mass, etc."  Fr. Mark was ordained in 2009.

 Praise Report

Last Wednesday, we prayed that either the Lord would heal Lucie or get her to see the surgeon because the waiting list wasn't until next June.  Friday, Lucie left a message to put her on a cancellation list.  She got a call Monday morning and saw the surgeon this morning.  The Lord answered that prayer very quickly.  Thank you, Lord!  She is now on a waiting list for surgery.
