Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream March 18, 2026

The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting.  1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said."  1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good.

Scripture Reading Phil 4:6-9 - Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God.  And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.  Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.  The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.   

Scripture Reading 1 John 5:4-5 - Whoever is begotten by God conquers the world, and the victory that conquers the world is our faith.  Who indeed is the victor over the world, it is the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

Scripture Reading John 14:11-14 - Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; otherwise believe because of the works themselves.  Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father.  Whatever you ask in my name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.  If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.

Scripture Reading Isaiah 66:14-16 - You shall see, and your heart shall rejoice; your bodies shall flourish like the grass; and it shall be known that the hand of the Lord is with his servants, and his indignation is against his enemies.  For the Lord will come in fire, and his chariots like the whirlwind, to pay back his anger in fury, and his rebuke in flames of fire.  For by fire will the Lord execute judgment, and by his sword, on all flesh; and those slain by the Lord shall be many.

Scripture Reading Eph 3:6 - It is no less than this, in Christ Jesus, the Gentiles are now co-heirs with the Jews, members of the same body and sharers of the promise through the preaching of the gospel.

Scripture Reading Isaiah 44:3-5 - I will pour my spirit upon your descendants, and my blessing on your offspring.  They shall spring up like a green tamarisk, like willows by flowing streams.  This one will say, "I am the Lord's", another will be called by the name of Jacob, yet another will write on the hand, "The Lord's", and adopt the name of Israel.

Confirmation/Scripture Reading 2 Cor 6:16-18 - For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, "I will live in them and move among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.  Therefore come out from them, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch nothing unclean; then I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.

Scripture Reading Psalm 46:10 and Prophecy - "Be still and know that I am God."  And coupled with that:  "There is a lot of noise in the world today, but take time to be still and be with me."

Teaching

Fr. Isaac Falzon from Australia shared his journey to become a priest and his life as a priest.  A very touching story of his struggles, his awesome love of the Eucharist, and the amazing way in which God worked in his life  (i.e. story of vestments with his name).
