Prophecy/Scripture Reading - "I want to pour out a new anointing on this prayer group of power and strength.  Will you believe?  Will you receive it?"  Isaiah 10:27 - "It shall come to pass in that day that his burden shall be taken away from thy shoulder and his yoke from thy neck and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing."

Confirmation/Prophecy - "I will open heaven's gates, I am going to scrub every place you have gathered, I am going to give you a fresh pouring out of my Spirit.  Open wide your hearts and I will fill it as you have never experienced my presence before."

Confirmation/Scripture Reading Hebrews 12:1-2 - "With so many witnesses in a great cloud on every side of us, we too, then, should throw off everything that hinders us, especially the sin that clings so easily, and keep running steadily in the race we have started.  Let us not lose sight of Jesus, who leads us in our faith and brings it to perfection: for the sake of the joy which was still in the future, he endured the cross, disregarding the shamefulness of it, and from now on has taken his place at the right of God's throne."

Prophecy - "My children, I love you so much and desire that all my children be saved.  In a special way tonight, I will pour out my Spirit upon you with my joy and my loving presence.  You will come to know me in a deeper way.  You will come to learn to love in a more loving way because my Spirit will reign within you in a more powerful way.  Believe and enjoy the gift that I am giving you tonight."

Scripture Reading Psalm 9:1-2 - "I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart.  I will tell of all his wonders.  I will be glad and exult in you.  I will sing praise in your name, O Most High."

Confirmation/Scripture Reading Joel 3:1-3 - "After this, I will pour out my spirit on all mankind.  Your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions.  Even on the slaves, men and women, will I pour out my spirit in those days.  I will display portents in heaven and on earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke."

Prophecy - "My little ones, I have truly poured out my Spirit upon you.  Because I love you, yes, but also because I need you.  I need you to proclaim the good news.  I need you to keep my name above all names and to preach the gospel, preach the good news.  Do not be afraid to use my name, to introduce me to people who do not know me.  Use my name.  Do not be afraid.  There is power in my name.  Share, share with everyone the good news of my coming.  Tell them that I'm not Santa Claus.  I am Jesus Christ, their Saviour.  I am the Creator of everything that is.  I am the only God.  Go out. Spread the good news.  Speak my word in my name.  I am the God of gods.  Introduce me, introduce me to all who will hear you.  Be bold.  You are my mouthpiece.  You are my hands and my feet.  You are my prophets for this day, for this time.  I need you to be bold and do not be afraid for I go before you.  I prepare the way.  Open the eyes of the blind, the ears of the deaf.  Show them the way.  I depend on you.  I need you and I bless you abundantly.  Great is your reward."

Scripture Reading Isaiah 35:3-7 - "Give strength to hands that are tired and to knees that tremble with weakness.  Tell everyone who is discouraged, "Be strong and don't be afraid!  God is coming to your rescue, coming to punish your enemies."  The blind will be able to see, and the deaf will hear.  The lame will leap and dance, and those who cannot speak will shout for joy.  Streams of water will flow through the desert; the burning sand will become a lake, and dry land will be filled with springs."

Scripture Reading Psalm 37:1-7 - "Be not vexed over evil doers, nor jealous of those who do wrong for like grass they quickly wither and like green herbs they wilt.   Trust in the Lord and do good, that you may dwell in the land and enjoy security.  Take delight in the Lord, and he will grant you your heart's requests.  Commit to the Lord your way; trust in him, and he will act.  He will make justice dawn for you like the light; bright as the noonday shall be your vindication.  Leave it to the Lord, and wait for him; be not vexed at the successful path of the man who does malicious deeds."

Prophecy - I just feel that the Lord loves this prayer group, the people in this prayer group, very much.  Usually when we think of the Lord, he's usually a comfort to us.  But I sense him saying that we, in turn, are a comfort to him.  In a way, people like this group and other groups that make time for the Lord are a remnant, when you think of it these days and so the Lord relishes our presence very much.

Scripture Reading Esther 4:14 - "No; if you persist in remaining silent at such a time, relief and deliverance will come to the Jews from another place, but both you and the House of your father will perish.  Who knows?  Perhaps you have come to the throne for just such a time as this."

Teaching

Joe spoke on "Thy Kingdom Come".  What does "thy kingdom come" mean?  Catechism of the Catholic Church Paragraph 28:18 - In the Lord's Prayer, this refers primarily to the final coming of the reign of God through Christ's return.  28:19 - The kingdom of God is righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.  Luke 17:21 - Jesus says, "The kingdom of God is among you."  Jesus was saying that he was that kingdom.  The kingdom of the world values power, wealth, honor and pleasure.  These things are not bad in themselves but we can easily make them into idols.  The kingdom of God values sacrificial love, forgiveness, humility and service.  St. Therese of Lisieux:  "Greatness is found not in a name but in the soul."  Joe told of his struggle of the kingdom of this world versus the kingdom of God.

Testimony

Leann has trouble driving at night.  Last Friday, a physio person who came regularly to work with Ron, told Ron that he had to go to urgent care right away to look at a wound on his knee that was infected.  This was around 4:15 in the evening and it was getting dark.  The first part of Leann's miracle is that the physio person phoned around to see where the shortest wait would be and it was at Concordia which was the closest to their home.  She dropped Ron off and got home safely because it wasn't too dark.  All the way to and from the hospital, Leann was praying for a miracle that it wouldn't take too long.  The next part of a miracle to Leann was that she had an excellent book to read when she got home to help her keep mind occupied and not worry.  To her surprise, at 6 o'clock Ron phoned to say she could pick him up: not even two hours later.  And she could pick him up at the same door she had dropped him off.  That was another relief because she knew where that was, but she forgot her cell phone at home to let him know when she arrived.  However, when she came to the hospital she could see him through the windows.  She waved and Ron came out.  She was able to drive home  safely, go to Safeway to pick up the prescription and even buy two items for supper that was a favorite of theirs.  And it only took about two and a half hours.  Praise God!
