Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream August 16, 2023

The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting.  1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said."  1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good. 

Scripture Readings Isaiah 43:1 & Isaiah 42:1 - "But now, thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel:  Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.  Here is my servant whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom my soul delights.  I have put my spirit upon him.  He will bring forth justice to the nations."

Scripture Reading Psalm 95:6-7 - "Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!  For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand."

Prophecy - "My little ones, you will never know how much I love you.  Even now, in your unworthiness, even now when I am not always first in your heart or on your mind, you are always first, always on my mind.  Everything depends on me.  You can never even come to me, you cannot answer my call unless I give you the grace to.  My little ones, I shall call you, I have chosen you.  And you will remain faithful by my grace.  I promise, my little one, I will never let you go.  I purchased you at a very high price and I will not let you go.  You can depend on that.  You can depend I will always be here, even when you are not present with me.  Trust me.  Believe in me.  Do not worry.  Do not be afraid.  I'm always there.  I know you are human.  I made you that way so that you can depend on me alone.  I will not let you down.  You are promised by my Father and you are mine.  You are ours, and always will be."

Scripture Reading Sirach 39:33-35 - "Everything made by the Lord is good; he meets every need at the proper time.   No one can claim that some things are worse than others, for everything is good in its proper place.  Now then, sing praises with all your heart, and praise the name of the Lord!"

Scripture Reading Psalm 92:1-4 - "It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High, to declare your merciful love in the morning and your faithfulness by night, to the music of the lute and the harp, to the melody of the lyre.  For you, O Lord, have made me glad by your work; at the works of your hands I sing for joy."

 Scripture Reading Isaiah 6:6-10 - "Then one of the seraphim flew to me, holding an ember which he had taken with tongs from the altar.  He touched my mouth with it.  "See," he said, "now that this has touched your lips," your wickedness is removed, your sin purged."  The I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send?  Who will go for us?"  "Here I am," I said, "send me!"  And he replied:  Go and say to this people:  Listen carefully, but you shall not understand!  Look intently, but you shall know nothing!   You are to make the heart of the people sluggish, dull their ears and close their eyes; else their eyes will see, their ears hear, their heart understand, and they will turn and be healed."

Word of Knowledge - This passage from Isaiah that is coming to my mind, 43, says, "I've called you by name.  You are mine.  You are precious in my eyes and I love you."  In case there is anybody that is feeling they're not special in the Lord's eyes or that they don't really have any kind of an identity; they're a person always in the background.  I think it's a word for that person to know the Lord knows.  He has called you by name and you are his.

Scripture Reading Psalm 69, A Cry for Help - "Save me, O God, the water is up to my neck.  I'm sinking in deep mud, and there's no solid ground; I'm out in deep water.  Answer me, I will pray to you, Lord.  Answer me, God, at the time you choose.  Answer me because of your great love, because you keep your promise to save."

Prophecy - "My beautiful children, you are ? and individually unique.  I have created you that way because I desire that in the differences you may complement one another.  I have created you that way because I love you and I have gifted each one of you uniquely.  And I have not left you alone.  I have given you my Word.  I have given you my Son.  I have given you my promises, the times of old.  All these, my children, I ask of you to hold dearly in your heart and to know that I am there for you.  All you need to do is ask."

Prophecy - "Do not be sad.  I am with you and I love you."

Prophecy in CHAT - "Have faith, my children.  Trust me, my children.  I will not let you suffer.  I will not let you be alone.  Good is coming.  Do not worry about the struggles ahead.  See each day as a gift.  See each day as an opportunity to be closer to me so I can show you the path that is right for you.  Do not fear.  Trust in me."

In an email, Leslie B wrote that she was able to hear everything but was not able to get on.  She prayed for a word and got Ezekiel 8:5-13.   

Teaching

A testimony by Fr. David Michael Moses - his calling to the priesthood, etc.  On the day of his ordination, he felt the Lord saying in his heart, "David Michael, these are my people and I'm a father for them.  I love them, I care for them, I lay down my life for them.  David Michael, today, I'm giving them to you.  These are your people now.  I need you to love them and to care for them and to lay down your life for them.  I need you to be a father for them."
