Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream April 7, 2021

Apr 08, 2021

At beginning of meeting:  "This knowledge of faith is possible only in the Holy Spirit: to be in touch with Christ, we must first have been touched by the Holy Spirit."  Catechism of the Catholic Church 683.  Also, an excerpt from the Word Among Us, from today's meditation on the reading in Luke 24:13-35 - they highlighted, "Stay with us."  And the meditation ends with a prayer from St. Padre Pio, "Stay with me, Lord, for it is you alone I look for, your love, your grace, your will, your heart, your Spirit, because I love you and ask no other reward but to love you more and more."

Prophecy:  "My people, the enemy is around like a roaring lion.  Be steadfast in your praises.  Be careful.  He wants to ruin everything that I have done.  Be ready, put on the armour of God.  I have much to tell you tonight.  Put on the armour of God.  So, the enemy will try to destroy everything that I have built."

Prophecy/Vision:  At the start, I heard, "I am the king and I approach the Glory.  I am the Glory."  And I saw during the praise, the Holy Spirit was moving with the music that was there, it was your spirit.  It was showing that the Holy Spirit was in total union with you, with your soul, then, how it rests in you, a complete indwelling of you, a complete indwelling with you in your soul.  And I heard the Lord say, "Come and eat my fruit in abundance.  It is set for you.  In my kingdom, you are with me and my Spirit.  I come to you when you call my name.  Do not abandon me."  And there was a heavy sense that he is yearning and concerned for those that do not know his name, do not know him and do not know to call on him and he is calling for us, he wants us to do that for him, to gather those lost souls, to know who he is and to know his name.  And then the Lord said, "There are many who do not know my name."

Vision/Scripture Reading Matt 18:19-20/Prophecy:  While we were singing, it was as though the Lord was showing me the darkness, like the earth was in darkness.  But when we were singing and praising the Lord, we were bringing his light  into the world.  And the Scripture that came to me was, "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.  For where two or three are gathered in my name I am there among them."  And it was as though he was encouraging prayer groups to spring up all over the world to bring his light where there was darkness, to overcome the darkness.

Confirmation of second prophecy/Prophecy:  "My children, you have been baptized and are one with me.  My Spirit lives within you.  The glory that I received upon my resurrection is the very same glory that I am infusing within your beings.  Every time you open up to my Spirit, every time you say yes and surrender yourselves to me, every time you go out and minister love, kindness, patience, generosity, self-control, all these fruits of the Spirit that manifested in you is the glory that I have reign here in heaven through my Holy Spirit that reigns within you."

Prophecy:  I sense that the Lord is telling us to remember to be thankful in all things, good and bad.  When things are tough, it's a reminder that he's there for us.  He'll never leave us.  He's always there.  It's a reminder that we don't have to fear, the Lord is there for us.  So, we're to thank him in all things.  These challenges will make us stronger, as well.

Scripture Reading Psalms 4 and 5:  I'll just read the last part of Psalm 5.  "But that all who take refuge in you rejoice, that can forever sing for joys and you defend them.  Yet those who love your name exalt in you for you bless the righteous, O Lord.  You cover them with favor as with a shield."

Prophecy:  "Prepare your heart for my coming.  It is I, I AM."

Scripture Reading Eph 5:6-14:  "Let no one deceive you with empty arguments, for because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the disobedient.  So do no associate with them.  For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.  Live as children of light, for light produces every kind of goodness and righteousness and truth.  Try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord,  Take no part in the fruitless works of darkness; rather expose them, for it is shameful even to mention the things done by them in secret; but everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light.  Therefore, it says:  'Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.'"

Prophecy:  I just keep hearing the word, "Rejoice in the Lord always.  Again, I say, rejoice."  And the sense that the joy of the Lord is our strength.

Prophecy:  "Do not fear the evil one, my children.  I have conquered evil.  I have conquered death.  All you need to do is believe and trust in me and you will see my power to protect you, to lead and guide you."

Word of Knowledge:  Somebody has a headache and the Lord wants to heal somebody of their headache.

Leslie has a headache and it's going.  It's not so severe.  Karen has been diagnosed with arthritis of her neck and headache is chronic thing.  It was heavy today and it lightened up for the meeting.  Jackie sometimes has a sinus headache.  She has a a bit of a sinus headache now.  Prayer was said for each.

Teaching

Jenny spoke on "Living in the Spirit".  In 2014, Pope Francis said that the Renewal is a current of grace for the church.  He challenged each one of us to share Baptism in the Holy Spirit with every one.  Our life is meant to be daily moments of conversion.  Isaiah called our life a highway of holiness.  God has given us different ways to enable to travel towards him.  1)  Prayer - Need to create time and space daily to have that relationship with the Lord.  Pope Francis said that we need the deep breath of prayer.  Four things Jenny tries to do during prayer time:  a) Praise  b) Listening c) Asking d) Thanking God.  Praise:  She learned to praise God with her heart, mind, whole body.  Praise is like a weapon that brings the walls down.  i.e. Jericho.  The walls in our life are destruction, apathy, unbelief.  She uses the Psalms in her prayer life.  Tongues also help us get into the presence of God.  Listening:  Jenny did not expect God to speak to her.  We need to give time to wait on God.  Some ways God will speak to us:  through a word that comes into our head, a memory, maybe a picture.    2)  Scripture & Sacraments.  Scripture gives us a thirst.  Food for our thoughts.  3) Community.  We need each other.  We learn from each other as we share our faith.  Pray together, pray for healing, prophesy over each other.  Could have a prayer partner.  4) Evangelization.  We only get to keep what we give away.  Pope Francis calls us to be "spirit-filled evangelists".  God wants us to tell others about him.  Evangelization is to be marked by joy.  Joy is contageous.  The joy of the Lord is our strength.  Pope Francis says being a disciple means to constantly be ready to bring the love of Jesus to other people.

Praise Report

Two weeks ago there was a word of knowledge that the Lord would heal people.  One word was arthritis.  Lorraine thought, "Hey, I'll take it."  The next morning, she got up and started walking and she realized, "Absolutely nothing hurts."  She has not had any arthritic pain since then.  She says, "It's incredible and I was definitely healed that night."  Thank you, Lord!!!
