Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream December 13, 2023

Dec 14, 2023

The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting.  1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said."  1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good.

At beginning of meeting, Scripture Reading Psalm 103:1-4, 8, 10 - "Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being praise his holy name.  Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits - who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion.  The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.  He does not treat us as our sin deserves or repay us according to our iniquities."

Scripture Reading Psalm 27:14 - "Wait for the Lord, be strong and let your heart take courage.  Yes, wait for the Lord!"

Words of Knowledge - The Lord will deliver someone of smoking and alcoholism.  He will heal someone of cancer of the lungs.  It's a woman in her late 70's.  He'll deliver someone of anorexia.  Someone is worried about paying for Christmas presents.  The word is trust in the Lord.  He will bless you with the money.

Scripture Reading Proverbs 3:4 - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart.  Never rely on what you know."

Scripture Reading Jeremiah 29:11-13 - "I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.  Then you will call to me.  You will come and pray to me, and I will answer you.  You will seek me, and you will find me because you will seek me with all your heart."

Scripture Reading Psalm 16:5-10 - "Lord, you have assigned me my allotted portion and my cup, you have made my lot secure.  The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.  I will praise the Lord who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.  I have set the Lord always before me because he is at my right hand; I will not be shaken.  Therefore my heart is glad, my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your holy one see decay."

Scripture Reading Psalm 81:8-18 - "Hear, O my people, while I admonish you; O Israel, if you but would listen to me, there shall be no strange gods among you.  You shall not bow down to a foreign god.  I am the Lord, your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt.  Open your mouth wide and I will fill it.  But my people did not listen to my voice; Israel would not submit to me.  So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts to follow their own counsel.  O that my people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in my way then I would quickly subdue their enemies and turn my hand against their falsehood.  Those who hate the Lord would cringe before him, and their doom would last forever.  I would feed you with the finest of wheat, and with honey from the rock I would satisfy you."

Scripture Reading Psalm 122:1-2 - "I was glad when they said to me, "Let us go to the house of the Lord."  Our feet are standing within your gates, O Jerusalem."

Scripture Reading Psalm 121:1-8 - "I will lift up my eyes to the hills; from whence does my help come?  My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.  He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber.  Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.  The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand.  The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.  The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life.  The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time on and forevermore."

Prophecy - I felt the Lord is really stressing upon us that no matter what the trials we've been through, we all have a very, very powerful purpose and he's been building us up through all those trials.  He's been preparing us for ministry.  Each one of us has a particular call, a particular ministry to be working in and he's grateful that we've remained faithful and keep trying to follow him and he's just pouring out his Spirit so powerfully, especially in these times it seems like he's been building us up and preparing us for the battle that is coming.  We're not to worry.  He is faithful and he will see us through it all.  It's like a practice run that we've been living, that we've been going through.  I feel he's almost guaranteeing that we will, because we've come this far, we will make it to the end and remain faithful."

Confirmation of last prophecy - It was running through my head that last song that we sang, "All my life you have been faithful.  All my life you have been so, so good."  My own feeling is that God has been faithful in the little ways, in the big ways.  He's always been with us, even through the trials, the sorrows, the heartaches.  He's always been there and been faithful.  And it's true, he's strengthening us through all of these things.  I just want to confirm.

Prophecy - "My children, harden not your hearts lest they be filled with fear and tribulation.  My children, my ways are not your ways.  What I see you do not see.  So, I am asking you tonight to trust in me, in the path that I have chosen for each one of you.  When you hear my voice, listen to it, for I have a purpose and a will and a design for you to be able to follow through that my kingdom may be built.  Those who do not listen suffer great unrest and fear may overtake them.  Be patient when trials and tribulations do come your way for the power of my glory reigns within the tribulation such as it did on the cross.  And I will bring good out of all wrongdoings that happen in this world, even though you may not see it now or today.  But one day, you will know it's truth."

Teaching

Fr. Chris Alar, MIC spoke about his grandmother committing suicide and the struggle believing she had gone to hell.  She died on Father's Day in 1993.  Fr. Chris had this inspiration to go back to Church in 2003 and experience God's mercy.  He kept thinking of God's justice.  Fr. Chris was putting a limit on God.  He started to go to Mass, bible study.  The priest started Fr. Chris to walk through the Divine Office and took him through a general confession.  Fr. Chris told the priest that he had never prayed for his grandmother at her funeral and that he thought she was in hell.  The priest said that this was not the teaching of the Catholic Church.  Suicide is never the right answer.  Suicide is a permanent response to temporary problems.  Committing suicide is a huge sin and you don't want to risk your salvation and you might go to hell because of it.  But God's mercy is greater.  The priest then told Fr. Chris to go home that night and pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for the salvation of his grandmother's soul.  Even though she died ten years ago, God is outside of time and he can see Fr. Chris praying now for his grandmother's soul and he could apply those graces back to his grandmother at the moment of her judgment.  For God there is no past and there is no future; everything is present at one moment for God.  Padre Pio was once at his doctor's and the doctor noticed that he was praying.  The doctor asked, "What are you praying for?"  Padre Pio said, "For the conversion and happy death of my grandfather."  The doctor looked at Padre Pio and said, "I knew your grandfather.  He died 20 years ago."  And Padre Pio said, "I know.  God knew 20 years ago that I would be making this prayer now and he'll apply those graces to my grandfather at his death."  Not after he's in hell, at his judgment.  And those graces will help any of your loved ones say "Yes," to God when maybe they would not have said so.  Conditions for a mortal sin:  1) It must have grave matter.  2)  You must have knowledge that it is a sin.  3) You must have complete free will.  You must want to do it.  Catechism 2282:  Grave psychological disturbances, anguish, or grave fear of hardship, suffering, or torture can diminish the responsibility of the one committing suicide.  Catechism 2283:  We should not despair of the eternal salvation of persons who have taken their own lives.  By ways known to him alone, God can provide the opportunity for repentance.  St. Faustina's diary, paragraph 1486:  Jesus told her that he comes to every soul three times at the moment of death and offer them the opportunity to repent.  This is God's mercy.  God's mercy is greater than any sin.  Paragraph 1698:  At the end of many lives, that there's no repentance.  Your prayers are very powerful.  When you pray that chaplet, grace will be poured over the person you are praying for at the moment of judgment and the grace will help lift the veil over the person's eyes so that they will see Jesus for who he is and maybe help them say "Yes", to him.  Jesus told St. Faustina, "Your prayers are that important.  The salvation of thousands of souls depends on your prayer."  Yes, God saves these souls; we don't save them.  But God is justice, just like he is mercy.  If they reject him, then his justice has to let them be lost.  But one way we can appease his justice is by our prayers.  And then by his mercy, he can spare our loved one.  This is amazing!  After Fr. Chris prayed the Chaplet for his grandmother, he felt something happen.  There was a peace.  Now it was O.K.
