Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream August 12, 2026

Aug 13, 2026

The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting.  1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said."  1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good.

Scripture Reading Psalm 46, God Is With Us - God is our shelter and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.  So we will not be afraid, even if the earth is shaken and mountains fall into the ocean depths; even if the seas roar and rage, and the hills are shaken by the violence.  There is a river that brings joy to the city of God, to the sacred house of the Most High.  God is in that city, and it will never be destroyed; at early dawn he will come to its aid.  Nations are terrified, kingdoms are shaken; God thunders, and the earth dissolves.  The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.  Come and see what the Lord has done.  See what amazing things he has done on earth.  He stops wars all over the world; he breaks bows, destroys spears, and sets shields on fire.  "Stop fighting," he says, "and know that I am God, supreme among the nations, supreme over the world."

During the last praise and worship song, it was so powerful.  My hands were burning, like literally they felt like they were on fire and the Lord revealed to me that, that is a healing taking place for someone in our group, for everyone in our group.  And I received Joel 2:25 where God says that he will restore everything that was stolen from us by Satan; everything that has been stolen will be restored to us.  So, Father, I declare that to all of us, in Jesus' name.

Scripture Reading Psalm 98:4-6 - Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.  Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody.  With trumpets and the sound of the horn shout joyfully before the King, the Lord.

Scripture Reading Psalm 36:6-10 - Lord, your love reaches to heaven; your fidelity, to the clouds.  Your justice is like the highest mountains; your judgments, like the mighty deep; all living creatures you sustain, Lord.  How precious is your love, O God!  We take refuge in the shadow of your wings.  We feast on the rich food of your house; from your delightful stream you give us drink.  For with you is the fountain of life, and in your light we see light.

Prophecy - Come, come, I'm embracing you so deeply.  I love you all so much.  Come in anticipation of the many things that I want to give you all.  Come, my beloved, my beloved, my beloved; come, my beloved.

Scripture Reading Isaiah 45:5-6 - "I am the Lord; there is no other god.  I will give you the strength you need, although you do not know me.  I do this so that everyone from one end of the world to the other may know that I am the Lord and that there is no other god."

Vision - I saw a vision of hands clasped as if here is the church and here is the steeple; you know when you said that when you were children.  The hands were clasped like you can see my hands.  And that was the impression I got was that we are the church and we are the people.

Prophecy - My hands were tingling also during that last song and when the singer began talking about the river, the river flowing through the land, then I had, "Set the captive free, set the captive free."

I've been getting the message of praising; praise the Lord.  And the Lord made me open in a book here with, it's called The Secret.  There's a little word that changes darkest skies to brightest blue.  there's a little word that brings the sunlight bravely shining through.  Never mind the things around you, never mind if others drown.  Let your face to God and praise him and all the blessings will come down.  Praise is mightier than an army with its banners all unfurled.  Praise will win the victory sooner than all the powers of this world.  Beg him not for any blessings, tire him not to dispel your needs.  This he knows before you speak.  Stay him not to beg and plea.  Lift your face and sing heavenward from the depths of your soul.  Let his praises fill your being.  Let the shout of rapture roll off, the rest will come quite easy.  Whatever you think, it will be done.  You will know praise is the answer.  You will find your victory won.  (end of quote) ....... I felt he was really stressing, "Don't look around.  Don't look at all the negatives in your life, the things that are going wrong in your life."  Jesus was really stressing, "Look up. Praise me."  And the instant I did that, I was in a kind of, not a horrible place, kind of complaining kind of thing, and as soon as he told me to start praising, I did and it's all gone.  Everything went away.  He was just showing me the power of praise.  Stay focused on the Lord.  Praise him and all things will fall into place.

Dear God, Please grow your church as I gather to grow with others.

Confirmation for what the Lord is doing tonight - Ephesians 3:20: Glory be to him whose power working in us can do infinitely more than we can ask or imagine.  Glory be to him from generation to generation in the church and in Christ Jesus forever. Amen.

From the book, Jesus Calling - Hold my hand, walk joyfully with me through this day.  Together we will savor the pleasures and endure the difficulties it brings.  Be on the lookout for everything I have prepared for you.  Study scenery, breaking winds ??, cosy nooks for resting when you're weary and much more.  I am your guide as well as your constant companion.  I know every step of the journey ahead of you all in heaven.  You don't have to choose between staying close to me and staying on course.  Since I am the Way, staying close to me is staying on course.  As you focus your thoughts on me, I will guide you carefully along today's journey.  Don't worry about what is around the next bend, just concentrate on enjoying my presence and staying in step with me.  (end of quote from book) ...... And Isaiah 58:70 - The Lord will guide you always; he will set aside your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.  You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.  ... And John 14:6 - Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.

Scripture Reading Isaiah 6:1-8 - In the year King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a high and lofty throne, with the train of his garment filling the temple.  Seraphim were stationed above; each of them had six wings:  with two they veiled their faces, with two they veiled their feet, and with two they hovered aloft.  "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts!" they cried one to another.  "All the earth is filled with his glory!"  At the sound of that cry, the frame of the door shook and the house was filled with smoke.  Then I said, "Woe is me, I am doomed!  For I am a man of unclean lips, living among a people of unclean lips; yet my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts!"  Then one of the seraphim flew to me, holding an ember which he had taken with tongs from the altar.  He touched my mouth with it.  "See," he said, "now that this has touched your lips, your wickedness is removed, your sin purged. Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send?  Who will go for us?"  "Here I am," I said, "send me!"

Teaching

The teaching was taken from a conference in 2026, "Holy Spirit Mission".

Purpose - Our purpose in life is loving God, giving our lives to him, and bringing as many people as we can to our Lord Jesus Christ.  That is who we are as a child of God.

Passion for Jesus Christ.  Passion is contagious.  Rev. 2:4 - I hold this against you; you have forgotten your first love.  Do you have passion all the time?  If we become more passionate for Jesus Christ, more people will want to come and find out more about him.  Passionate - that's fully alive.

Presence - Are you showing the presence of God in your life?  Do people recognize that?

Holy Spirit power - We have him in us!  Are the gifts present?

The Lord wants us to have purpose.  He wants us to have passion.  He wants us to have presence and he wants us to have power.

We are in "harvest season".  People are ready to experience God in their lives.  We need to put our nets down again.  It's time to go fishing again, even in the same spot.

1 Cor 2:9 - No eye has seen, no ear has heard and what no human mind has conceived, the things that God has prepared for those who love him.

There is so much more, so much more for us.  We need to be Catholic Charismatic fully alive.

St. Irenaeus - The glory of God is human being fully alive.
