Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings May 8

May 08, 2019

‘The Lord has put it upon my heart that he wants to hold us like a small, small child.  He’s a loving father and he wants to hold us to himself.  Anybody as a small child who ever felt unloved, unwanted or incomplete, run to the arms of your father and like a small child he will carry you in his arms and hold you close to his heart.”

Scripture reading Isaiah 42:6-9 – “I, the Lord, have called you for the victory of justice, I have grasped you by the hand; I formed you, and set you as a covenant of the people, a light for the nations, to open the eyes of the blind, to bring out prisoners from confinement, and from the dungeon, those who live in darkness.  I am the Lord, this is my name; my glory I give to no other, nor my praise to idols.  See, the earlier things have come to pass, new ones I now foretell.”

Prophecy:  “I have come to tell you my love.  I want to embrace you.  I want to come closer to you, more than you’ve ever gone before.  I am drawing deep within your hearts.  I am making anew your whole being.  I love you.  I draw you close to myself.  I love you and I want to speak to you in your heart and your mind.  I want to answer your prayers, follow them, but patience is also.  But time has to be right.   Come spend time with me.  My dearest love, my dearest children.  I love to speak with you and in you.  I love you.”

Prophecy:  “I have seen tears of joy when I rescue you, when I heal you, when I comfort you.  Yes, tears of joy as you rejoice in what I do for you.  So keep coming to me.  Keep asking and you will receive and I will see your tears of joy, your laughter and it will be a great comfort to the heavenly angels as they witness this.  So be strong, walk with me and confess to others what I have done for you.  Tell others so that my name would be glorified and I will see others’ tears of joy.

Scripture reading Micah 2:12-13 – “I shall assemble the whole of Jacob, I shall gather the remnant of Israel; I shall gather them together like sheep in an enclosure and like a flock within their fold.  They will bleat far away from anyone.  Their leader will break out first, then all break out through the gate and escape with their king leading the way and with Yahweh at their head.”

Scripture reading Psalm 30 – Sing praises to the Lord, all you listening for him, give thanks to his holy name.  For his anger is but for a moment; his favor is for a lifetime.  Weeping may linger for the night but joy come with the morning.  Hear, O Lord, and be gracious to me. O Lord, be my helper.  You have turned my mourning into dancing.  O Lord, my God, I will give thanks to you forever.”

Scripture reading 13:1-11 – Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.  And during supper, when the devil had already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him, Jesus, knew that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he had come from God and was going to God, rose from supper, laid aside his garments, and girded himself with a towel.  Then he poured water into a basin, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which he was girded.  He came to Simon Peter; and Peter said to him, “Lord, do you wash my feet?”  Jesus answered him, “What I am doing you do not know now, but afterward you will understand.”  Peter said to him, “You shall never wash my feet.”  Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no part in me.”  Simon Peter said to him, “Lord, not my feet only but also my hands and my head!”  Jesus said to him, “He who had bathed does not need to wash, except for his feet, but he is clean all over; and you are clean, but not every one of you.”  For he knew who was to betray him; that was why he said, “You are not all clean.”
