Scripture Reading Psalm 93 at beginning of meeting:  "The Lord is  king, he is robed with majesty and strength.  The earth is set firmly in place and cannot be moved.  Your throne, O Lord, has been firm from the beginning and you existed before time began.  Your laws are eternal, Lord, and your temple is holy indeed, forever and ever."

Prophecy in song:  "You are my people and I love you."

Vision/Prophecy:  I saw a beautiful ocean, beautiful blue with white caps.  And then, I saw Jesus in a robe with a hood.  But he had a look like a man of hunger and then I saw Christmas.  I saw the manger and he showed me that this is a time for peace, peace in Jesus.  We find our home with Jesus in the manger.  Then I saw the Christmas star and this was shown to me with great significance.  The star was very significant.  And I heard, "In the wilderness, many are lost, in the desert without food or water."  And this is what he showed me - he is there in the man who was lost, without food and water, like spiritual food and water, and has a hardened heart from his life.  And Jesus is saying he is there and his heart aches for those lost souls.  And I heard the word, "Come to me, come to me all who are burdened and I will give you light.  I will make you yearn and hunger for more, for more of me as I will make you mine.  Forever you will be mine."  And then, I was shown the baby Jesus in the manger.  And I heard the Christmas miracle, miracle star, and then I saw much praise and rejoicing and dancing.

Prophecy:  "Come, come.  I rejoice at this time.  I rejoice seeing you all here.  My heart grows up with love for you all.  I'm coming to you now in a special way to fill your hearts with my love, with my peace, with my joy.  Come with expectant hearts because I am here to give it to you.  I am here because I love you.  And I hear all your prayers.  I hear all your requests and all your fears.  But come openly.  I am pouring my love.  I am pouring my love on you just as I always have and I always will be because you are my children.  You are my dearest, dearest loves.  Come.  Don't wait.  Don't hesitate.  Open barriers.  Open your hearts.  Pray, ask me to come, ask me.  Come.  Come, Lord Jesus, come.  Come."

Confirmation/Prophecy:  I confirm the part of "love".  I felt the Lord saying, "You cannot even imagine how great my love is for each one of you."

Scripture Reading Psalm 33:20-22 - "We are waiting for Yahweh, he is our help and our shield.  For in him, our heart rejoices; in his holy name we trust.  Yahweh, let your faithful love rest on us; as our hope has rested in you."

Prophecy:  "My children, do not be afraid for I am with you.  I am pouring out my mercy on the whole world.  I am waiting for the world to surrender to me, but you want to be things your own way.  Do not be discouraged.  All that is going on is for my greater glory.  What I am asking of you is to trust me and to surrender to me and to seek my mercy.  I love you."

Scripture Reading Sirach 39:33-35 - "Everything made by the Lord is good; he meets every need at the proper time.  No one can claim that some things are worse than others; for everything is good in its proper place.  Now then, sing praises with all your heart and praise the name of the Lord."

Scripture Reading Heb 10:23 - "Let us hold unwaveringly to our confession that gives us hope, for he who made the promise is trustworthy."

Scripture Reading Psalm 103:1-2 - "Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.  Praise the Lord, O my soul; and forget not all his benefits."

Confirmation/Prophecy:  I can confirm the previous reading because I kept hearing, "Praise me, my children, praise me.  Do not be afraid.  For I dwell in the praises of my people.  Just continue to praise me and watch as my promises to you unfold.  Praise me."

Prophecy:  "My children, it really pleases me when you praise me and when you show your love for each other and for me.  I want the world to ???  And your trust for me is always something special.  My children, I love you."

Scripture Reading 2 Tim 4:1-5 - "Before God and before Christ Jesus who is to be judge of the living and the dead, I charge you, in the name of his Appearance and of his kingdom:  proclaim the message and, welcome or unwelcome, insist on it.  Refute falsehood, correct error, give encouragement - but do all with patience and with care to instruct.  The time is sure to come when people will not accept sound teaching, but their ears will be iching for anything they do and they will collect themselves a whole series of teachers according to their own tastes; and then, they will shut their ears to the truth and will turn to myths.  But you must keep steady all the time; put up with suffering, do the work of preaching the gospel, fulfill the service asked of you."

Last night, something that the Lord put into my heart.  I was looking at the crucifix and I'm filled, at times, with the majesty and the power of his divine nature.  You know, all the things of creation and the universe and so on.  Here is Christ on the cross made so humble, so limited, suffering for us.  And I just couldn't get over his divinity and yet, his generous humanity, dying for us.

Confirmation about the cross because a person saw Jesus exactly as he was described, last night.  Also, thank you for the reading from 2 Tim 4 because it confirmed something for this person.

Teaching

Joan spoke on"Hope".  Psalm 121:1-2- "I lift up my eyes to the hills.  From where will my help come?  My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth."  Isaiah 41:10 - "Do not fear, I am with you.  Do not be afraid, I am your God.  I will strengthen you, I will help you.  I will uphold you with my victorious hand."  We have our plans, our ideas, and something happens and our plans, our ideas change.  And yet, God has a way of working everything out for the good.  He sees the bigger picture.  Romans 8:28 - "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God and who are called according to his purpose."  Matt 16:24 - "Jesus told his disciples, 'If anyone wants to become my follower let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me."  Story of young man with a cross.  The challenge to carry our crosses is to carry them with hope.  Rom 5:3-5 - "We even boast of our afflications, knowing that affliction produces endurance, and endurance proved character, and proven character, hope, and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us."  Story of friend with cancer, her faith was built up through this, and her answer to prayer for her sister's faith.  Isaiah 43: - Do not fear for I have redeemed you.  I have called you by name:  you are mine.  When you pass through the water, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you.  When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned; and the flames shall not consume you."  God can bring good out of any situation if we give it to him.  What can we do to remain hopeful during these COVID times?  1)  Daily prayer.  Specific time and special place.  Journal - reflection on readings and dialogue with Jesus.  Sit and wait - sometimes the Lord speaks.  God wants to speak to everyone.  2) Scripture.  Memorize Scripture.  Need God's Word to infiltrate our minds and hearts.  3)  Fellowship.  Fellowship that encourages us and gives us hope.  Watch Mass on TV or internet.  Phone.  Praying for each other.  Writing letters.  Her prayer:  "Jesus, I trust in you."

Sharing Time

Last verse of prayer of St. Faustina:  "And so trusting in your mercy, I walk through life like a little child, offering you each day this heart brimming with love in your greater glory."

Reminder:  December 21 alignment of Jupiter and Saturn to create a rare "Christmas Star".  It will be the closest they've appeared in 800 years.  The rare optical conjunction will be visible for less than three hours, from 4:46 to 7:07 p.m. Central Time.  Look to the southwest.
