Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream July 30, 2025

Jul 31, 2025

The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting.  1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said."  1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good.

Prophecy - I saw all the beauty in all the earth and I thought the Lord was saying, "That is nothing.  If you think that is beautiful, wait, wait until you come into my kingdom.  Wait to receive all that I have for you.  I have created the whole universe so that you can enjoy it, so that you can share it with me.  My little ones,  be ready, be ready.  When I come I will take you with me.  When your time comes you will share in all that I have, all that I have created and so much more.  Oh, my little ones, I love you more than anything in this world or in the universe.  You are so unique, so special.  You are all chosen for specific reason, for a specific purpose and my whole purpose is to love you.  Allow me, allow me to love you with all that I have.  You are so precious.  Please, remember that.  Please, I ask nothing of you except to let me love you.  When you are full of my love, you will do as I do.  You will see the world as I see it.  You will see your neighbors, your friends, your enemy, you will see nothing but love for them, in them.  I AM is with you and always will be.  Bless you, my little ones, bless you who have answered my call.  You will never be disappointed."

Scripture Reading John 6:53-58 - "Truly, truly I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in yourselves.  He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.  For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.  He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.  As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me, he also will live because of me.  This is the bread which came down out of heaven; not as the fathers ate and died; he who eats this bread will live forever."

Scripture Reading Psalm 100 - "Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth.  Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him singing with joy.  Acknowledge that the Lord is God.  He made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.  Enter his gates with thanksgiving, go into his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.  For the Lord is good, his unfailing love continues forever; and his faithfulness continues to each generation."

Word of Knowledge and Scripture Reading Deut 31:6, 8 - Someone in our group or someone in our group knows someone who is struggling with something and I believe I'm supposed to share this reading.  "Be strong, stand firm, have no fear of them, no terror for Yahweh your God is going with you; he will not fail you or desert you.  Yahweh himself will lead you; he will be with you; he will not fail you or desert you.  Have no fear, do not be disheartened by anything."  And the Lord just said to me that there is someone that is going through some kind of problem and is afraid and the Lord is saying, "Do not be afraid.  I'm with you."

When they were singing those songs, they would sing "Let us all praise Jesus now.  We were standing on Holy Ground," and everything is really his and it is only to a knowledge that gives that we can pour out our praise to him.  When we are born, until we take that first breath, there is really not to be alive and when we pray out our praises to him, it's really his breath in us that is allowing us to do that.  It's only through our belief in Christ that we really are truly alive.

Scripture Reading Amos 5:4-5 - "Seek me and live; but do not seek Bethel, do not go to Gilgal.  Do not journey to Beer-sheba;"

Scripture Reading Mark 11:20-24 - "In the morning as they passed by, they saw the fig tree withered away to its roots.  Then Peter remembered and said to him, "Rabbi, look!  The fig tree that you cursed has withered."  Jesus answered them, "Have faith in God.  Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' and if you do not doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you.  So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.""

Scripture Reading Psalm 33:1-5 - "Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous!  Praise befits the upright.  Praise the Lord with the lyre, make melody to him with the harp of ten strings!  Sing to him a new song, play skilfully on the strings, with loud shouts.  For the word of the Lord is upright; and all his work is done in faithfulness.  He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the mercy of the Lord."

Scripture Reading Micah 6:8 - "What is good has been explained to you, man: this is what God asks of you, only this, to act justly, to love tenderly and to walk humbly with your God."

Teaching

Fr. Stephen Penna shared that he became aware of his Guardian Angel on three occasions.  When he was a seminarian, he worked for a roofing company.  They used a pulley system to get cans of tar up to the roof.  Fr. Stephen was at the bottom.  When he pulled, suddenly he felt something grab him by the neck and pull him over backwards, just as the whole pulley contraption came down.

Matthew 18:10 - "See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of my Father who is in heaven."

In his second year in Theology, Fr. Stephen became convinced he was not called to be a priest.  He went to Montreal with a friend. Feeling depressed, he went to Mary, Queen of the World Cathedral.  All of a sudden, a lady said, "I need you to come and pray with me right away.  Come and pray with me."  She took him over to the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.  She said, "We have to pray for a young man who's in seminary and who's thinking of leaving."  They started praying the Rosary.  And as Fr. Stephen prayed the decade, such peace came over him.  After the decade, he wanted to tell this woman that they were praying for him.  He turned to her and she was gone.  He could not find her anywhere in the church.

How to grow in a relationship with our Guardian Angel.  Fr. answered:  (first thing in the morning)  "Angel of God, my guardian dear to whom God's love commits me here, ever this day be at my side to light, to guide, to rule and guide."  Have an image of an angel somewhere.  At the end of the day:  "Angel of God, my guardian dear to whom God's love commits me here, ever this night be at my side to light, to guard, to rule and guide."

Every person has a guardian angel.  Our baptism sets the Guardian Angel free to combat what early Christians thought was the Evil One.  The voice of the Accuser saying, "You're not loved, you're not lovely."  The hands of our Guardian Angel are tied until our baptism because Christ Jesus is the one who allows us to live as children of God, not just creatures of God, created in the image and likeness of God, but recreated to be called children of God, recreated to be Christ-formed.  Christ-formed means that we understand the great plot, the conspiracy that God has about each one of us, the conspiracy to save us into love.  The Greek word Angelos means messenger.  The angel is always there whispering and protecting us.

There has been this angel fixation of the New Age.  We have to be careful.  Angels are messengers of God.  They lead us to God.  They don't want us to be paying a special attention to them.  Don't fixate on them in a way that somehow if we have a special relationship with our angel, then we get power and things will happen for us.  That's magic.

The third time Fr. Stephen believes his Guardian Angel led him was in France.  He was a young priest.  He and a seminarian went out for a drink.  There were some tables outside a bar where they sat down.  They were about to order drinks when Fr. Stephen felt something...He felt kind of cold.  He suggested going inside but the waitress said that all the tables were full.  They walked across the street to another place.  Just as they were about to drink their beer, there was an amazing ruckus.  They looked outside.  The balcony above their table had collapsed and destroyed the table where they would have been.
