Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream Jan 13, 2021

Jan 14, 2021

At start of meeting, Responsorial Psalm 105 from day's Mass:  "O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples.  Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wonderful works.  R. The Lord remembers his covenant forever.  Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.  Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually.  R. The Lord remembers his covenant forever.  O offspring of his servant Abraham, children of Jacob, his chosen ones.  He is the Lord our God; his judgments are in all the earth.  R. The Lord remembers his covenant forever.  He is mindful of his covenant forever, of the word that he commanded, for a thousand generations, the covenant that he made with Abraham, his sworn promise to Isaac.  R. The Lord remembers his covenant forever."......A promise from God is a promise.

Prophecy:  "My children, I know how much you long for me.  I have heard your pleas.  I have heard your cries.  My children, tonight, I want you to know that I am with you in the midst of your home.  My sacrifice that is offered daily during the Mass, can now be offered to you whenever you come to me in prayer because I have sacrificed once and for all for you, my children, that you may be made free and in this freedom, you may come to know that I am your God and you are my child.  You will come to know how much I love you and how much I desire to answer your prayers.  My children, believe in me, trust in me.  I have not abandoned you, my children.  I am still there with you in the midst of your home as I was with you within the context of the church.  My sacrifice has not been lost but it is alive, alive every time you come to me in prayer."

Confirmation/Prophecy:  What I was feeling throughout was, "Just trust, just trust, just trust."

Prophecy:  I feel the Lord telling us, we were born for a time such as this.  This is such a different time that I think as Christians we know that the Lord is always with us and we don't have to be grumpy every day, or whatever, even though things are not working out maybe the way we want to, but the Lord is always with us and I think we were born for a time like this.  He knows that we can get through it and he loves us and he is always with us."

Confirmation/Prophecy:  I have confirmation of the word that the Lord is always with us and we are here, at this time, for a reason, at this time and place in the world.  The other words that the Lord kept filling my heart with is that the world needs our prayers.  The world, right now, needs us to show God to every one that we meet.  We cannot be showing faces of fear or faces of despair.  We need to show faces of faith and belief in the One Almighty God.  We need to stay strong.  We are warriors for Jesus Christ.  We are the warriors and we need to show the world that God is alive and well and he's in charge of everything that is happening.

Prophecy:  I just have a sense in my spirit that the Lord is calling those who believe in him to holiness.  He's calling us to be even more holy at this time because with our holiness, our holiness will dispel the darkness around us.  So, it's a call to holiness and I think, more prayers and things of that nature.  So, yes, holiness will dispel the darkness.

Confirmation/Scripture Reading Rev. 3:15-16 - I've been getting this all week, but this confirms what has just been said.  "I know your deeds, that you are neither hot nor cold.  I wish that you were either one or the other!  So, because you are lukewarm - neither hot nor cold - I am about to spit you out of my mouth."  What I'm getting out of this is that there's a choice here  to be what you want to be and there's people that are cold and there are people that are hot, but not to be lukewarm.  You were talking about being called to be holy or whatever, and sort of confirms that.

Scripture Reading 1 Cor 10:31-32 - "Well, whatever you do, whether you eat or drink, do it all for God's glory.  Live in such a way as to cause no trouble either to Jews or Gentiles, or to the church of God."

Scripture Reading Isaiah 28:16 & ff - "This is why the Lord, Yahweh, says, 'This is how I lay in Zion, a stone of witness, a precious cornerstone, a foundation stone.  The believers shall not stumble and I will make justice the measure, integrity the plumb line."

What's coming to me is when the disciples were in prayer for nine days.  It was before Pentecost.  And then, the disciples had a new language and they, also, had a new heart.  They were no longer frightened any more.  So, perhaps, it would be lovely if we had a second Pentecost at this time in our world because I think we need it.  That's what is coming to me - seeing the disciples in the darkness, praying.  I think it's a time for prayer.
