Prophetic Words & Scripture Readings at Live Stream February 5, 2025

Feb 06, 2025

The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting.  1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said."  1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good.

At beginning of meeting Scripture Reading Hebrews 12:1-3 - "Brothers and sisters:  Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us rid ourselves of every burden and sin that clings to us and persevere in running the race that lies before us while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the leader and perfecter of faith.  For the sake of the joy that lay before him Jesus endured the cross, despising its shame, and has taken his seat at the right of the throne of God.  Consider how he endured such opposition from sinners, in order that you may not grow weary and lose heart."

Scripture Reading 1 Cor 2:1-5 - "As for me, brothers, when I came to you, it was not with any show of oratory or philosophy, but simply to tell you what God had guaranteed.  During my stay with you, the only knowledge I claimed to have was about Jesus, and only about him as the crucified Christ.  Far from relying on any power of my own, I came among you in great fear and trembling and in my speeches and the sermons that I gave, there were none of the arguments that belong to philosophers; only a demonstration of the power of the Spirit.  And I did this so that your faith should not depend on human philosophy but on the power of God."

Scripture Reading Revelations 5:11-13 - "I looked and I heard the voices of angels surrounding the throne and the living creatures and the elders; they numbered myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, singing with full voice, "Worthy is the Lamb that was slaughtered to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing."  Then I heard every creature in heaven and earth and under the earth and in the sea and all that is in them, singing, "To the One seated on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever.""

Prophecy - During the last song, I heard these words very clearly and very strongly:  "Yes, my children, take your family back.  Break all strongholds and pray healing for all of them, especially for my love and my salvation.  Do not forget to do this every day, my children.  My Father hears all and will be faithful."

Scripture Reading Sirach 2:7-11 - "You who fear the Lord, wait for his mercy, turn not away lest you fall.  You who fear the Lord, trust him, and your reward will not be lost.  You who fear the Lord, hope for good things, for lasting joy and mercy.  Study the generations long past and understand; has anyone hoped in the Lord and been disappointed?  Has anyone persevered in his fear and been forsaken?  Has anyone called upon him and been rebuffed?  Compassionate and merciful is the Lord; he forgives sins, he saves in time of trouble."

Those words in the last song, "Jesus in the darkness and for every enemy," I, too, the same thing about families.  Those words were so powerful.  Jesus instructed each one of us.  In our families and all those we go out to minister to, Jesus is in the darkness.  He has power over the enemies and he heals us and restores us and makes us whole again.  So, I thank you, Lord Jesus, for that song.  It really touched my heart.

Word of Wisdom - The words that came in my head were:  "The Lord resides in the praises of his people."  And in addition to that, I just felt that when we praise the Lord, there's no room for Satan to stick around.  And if any of us are experiencing heaviness or darkness, anything of that nature, the thing is not to get trapped into that darkness but to praise the Lord.

Scripture Reading Proverbs 18:20, 19:11 - "From the fruit of the mouth one's stomach is satisfied; the yield of the lips brings satisfaction.  Those with good sense are slow to anger, and it is their glory to overlook an offense."

Confirmation of the Word of Wisdom & Prophecy - The Lord showed me that there is much heaviness among his people, including all the people here on line; tiredness, feeling isolated, so many things.  And the Lord said, "Continue praising me.  Praise me all day long."  And as we were praising, in the Spirit I could see us praising.  It was like blankets falling off of us.  The heaviness is going away, but as we stopped praising, the heaviness comes back.  So, the Lord is saying, "Praise me all the time.  Whether you are working, whether you're cooking, whatever you're doing, praise me."  And as we were praising, also the angels were coming down.  They just want to be called.  They want us to invoke them, to get them to work for us.  And as they're doing this, (it's also confirmation of the prophecy of taking back our children), all of a sudden the angels were going around our children, our grandchildren, showing we have to continue praising at all times.

I just want to confirm the prophetic word about taking back our children.  I felt convicted during that last song to get a picture of our whole family which I did.  I ran out, grabbed this picture and put it down:  just to claim God's power in our family, to get our family back, every one, every single member of our family.  I felt very compelled to do that.  Thank you M. for sharing your word.  And also M.K.  I felt moved to tears when you were speaking.

I just want to confirm that I was really moved by all the songs and the words of wisdom that we got.  It seemed to bring it all together, everything that we have been talking about for the last couple of weeks.  And I really felt that the power of the Holy Spirit was present within our group here tonight.

Teaching

Rev. Reinhard Bonnke spoke on Jesus' words:  "I am with you always even to the end of the age."  This is a statement of fact and there is no condition attached.  Sometimes we feel he is not with us.  Feelings can lie.  He will never leave us.  When Rev. Bonnke doesn't feel his presence he appropriates his presence by faith.  And Rev. Bonnke has changed his prayer from his early days.  Now he doesn't pray for Jesus to come, because of the Scripture reading telling him that Jesus is with him always.  He thanks Jesus for being with him, for standing with him, for working through him the wonderful works of God.

Jesus is faithful.  Just like a young couple getting married say "for better, for worse, etc.,"  Rev. Bonnke sees Jesus  saying to each one of us, "For better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, I will never leave you, nor forsake you."  Jesus will never divorce us.  Isaiah said, "Your maker is your husband."  Because Jesus is faithful, we can be full of faith.

James 1:17 - "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning or shifting."  Rev. Bonnke said that in those days people had sun dials to tell time.  That shifting shadow reference was a reference to the way the people did their time keeping.  As the sun would rise, the stick in the middle of the sun dial would throw a shadow across the circle.  As the sun was climbing in the sky, the shadow would begin to turn.  At one point in the day, the shadow would totally disappear.  That was when the sun was in noon position: right above that stick....no shadow of turning.  James wants to say, "Our God is always in noon position, from generation to generation."

Our God is always in the peak position, always at the peak of his power and of his glory, always at the peak in his willingness to save, always at the peak in his willingness to heal.  He is the same today, to this generation.  Every generation has the same chance.  We have the great privilege and honor of being in the full blast of all his blessings.  That is true for our children as well.  No shifting shadow means he never moves.  If anybody moves, it's us.

John 14:16 - Jesus is saying, "And I will pray the Father and he will give you another helper that he may abide with you forever."  Jesus doesn't say, "You pray."  Jesus said, "I will pray."  It's the prayer of Jesus. You have received the Holy Spirit because Jesus has prayed for you.  And the Holy Spirit will abide with you forever.  We think we need new anointings.  Out of his fullness we have all received.  He doesn't leave us.  Sometimes, we think we have no power.  The power kicks in when we go out for Jesus, when we step out and act, when we tell someone about Jesus.  Test his principles.  They will work like they work for Rev. Bonnke.

Luke 13:23 - "Lord, are there few who are saved?"  And he said to them, "Strive to enter through the narrow gate.  For many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able."  The narrow gate is the door of salvation, the door of forgiveness of sins, the door of peace with God, the door to receive eternal life.  Why are some not able to enter?  It's like the women who carried huge baskets with produce on their backs and could not get through the doors of the train.  A conductor told them if they wanted to enter they must unload.  We have a basket of sin.  There are thousands of chains, but one is enough to bind us.  The root sin of all is pride, of arrogance.  Not willing to call upon the Savior to help remove the basket of sin, to unload.  As soon as we ask Jesus to help us unload, the burdens are lifted, life is renewed.  "If anyone is in Christ Jesus, he is a new creation.  Behold all things are passed away.  Behold all things are new."
