The following are words given by participants at the streamed meeting. 1 Corinthians 14:29 says that "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others weigh carefully what is said." 1 Thess 5:19-21 tells us not to despise prophecies, but to test everything and retain what is good.
Scripture Readings Isaiah 6:3, Leviticus 11:44, Revelation 4:8 - "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory." "For I am the Lord your God; consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy." "Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come."
Scripture Reading Luke 11:9-10 - I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened.
Scripture Reading Psalm 108 - My heart is steadfast, God, my heart is steadfast. I will sing and chant praise. Awake my soul; awake, lyre and harp! I will wake the dawn. I will praise you among the peoples, Lord; I will chant your praise among the nations. For your love towers to the heavens; your faithfulness to the skies.
Prophecy - My children, do you hear my voice? Can you feel me in your heart? Tonight, I'm calling you to exercise the gift of silence, the silence that is within your heart. It is there that you will find the greatest worship. It is there where you will come to know me in a deeper and closer way. I give you, my children, the gift of prayer; prayer to intercede on my behalf, prayer to minister healing, to minister love and comfort and encouragement. Tonight, I am opening up your soul to a wonderful gift and a greater gift of manifestations of Holy Spirit. Listen to my voice. Pray to me in the Spirit in the silence of your heart. Exercise the gift of tongues. Exercise the gift of prophecy, the Word of Knowledge and of Wisdom. For I am empowering you all to be my instruments of love, of peace and mercy.
What moved me was that first song when it said a thousand generations bow down before you and then later on, we now have Jesus and we have him to praise and worship.
Scripture Reading Psalm 139:1-6, The All-Knowing and Ever-present God - O Lord, you have probed me, you know me; you know when I sit and when I stand; you understand my thoughts from afar. My journeys and my rest you scrutinize; with all my ways you are familiar. Even before a word is on my tongue, behold O Lord, you know the whole of it. Behind me and before, you hem me in and rest your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain.
We were watching a YouTube video. The insight that I found very revealing was; he was talking about how in the future it might be difficult sometimes to go to church or even if there is a Mass or a get-together in a formal setting like we used to; and he said the Lord is asking us to rise up and cherish fellowship of fellow believers in our Catholic faith, our Christian faith and realize that you can encounter me in your fellow believers because of the anointing of Holy Spirit in them. You are getting in touch with part of me every time you meet and talk and share with fellow believers.
It was the last session on Prayer Ministry Training by Bishop Sandy Millar. The session ended with prayer ministry to all participants. Notes on the talk were emailed to all participants.
